At Book Concierge, we are committed to delivering high-quality, brand new books to our subscribers. Our books are sourced in bulk directly from publishers and trusted suppliers, allowing us to provide a wide range of the latest and most sought-after titles at competitive prices. By sourcing our books efficiently and in large quantities, we ensure that each book you receive is in pristine condition, ready to offer you a rich and immersive reading experience.

Every book we choose is personally reviewed by our committed team. They ensure each book meets our quality criteria and matches your preferences, adding a personal touch to our AI-driven selection process.​​​

3. What is the delivery schedule for Book Concierge's monthly subscription?

Subscribe and complete the questionnaire by the 25th to secure your spot for next month’s delivery. Our shipments go out at the start of each month, so don’t miss the cutoff. Order's received after the 25th will be delivered the following month.​​

4. When do I need to give feedback on my order?

To ensure your feedback is considered for your next shipment, please complete the questionnaire before the 25th of the month. If you miss this deadline, don't worry—your feedback will still be used to update your preferences for future shipments.

5. How does the billing work for Book Concierge's monthly subscription service?

Our monthly subscription billing is straightforward and hassle-free. Upon subscribing, we securely store your chosen payment method. You’ll be charged for the first delivery on the day you place your order. Thereafter, your account will be automatically charged on the 1st of the month just before each subsequent delivery. This process ensures you are not charged twice before receiving your first order.

6. Where do you ship?

We currently deliver only within Australia, with all shipping costs included in your package price. Enjoy your personalised book deliveries without any extra fees!

7. How do I cancel?

To cancel, log in via the 'person' icon at the top, select 'Manage subscriptions,' then 'Your subscriptions' to find the cancellation link. It's easier on a desktop.
